Whether remote, on-site or mobile working within the EU: We want to establish a modern, hybrid, flexible working world. – with our four hybrid working models and mobile working within the EU for a total of 30 working days within twelve months

Up to 30 vacation days per year, extra holiday but you need an additional break? Then take some time off and take advantage of our various sabbatical models - whether its individual unpaid vacation days or a temporary break of several months.

Our P7S1 Academy supports your further development and personal growth with a variety of trainings and seminars held by first-class internal and external experts as well as other networking and learning formats. We also offer the possibility of job rotations or job shadowings.

In addition, ProSiebenSat.1 offers group accident insurance and subsidies for visual aids for screen work. At the campus in Unterförhring, you will also find a company doctor and a masseur.

Also, our cooperation partner Movement24 offers individual body checks and workouts. To stay fit and mobile, get moving with your job bike.

Keep an eye on your pension provision: A private pension is considered essential, which is why we subsidize your contributions, paid in via direct insurance or pension fund, and support you with capital-forming benefits.

At P7S1, you receive various financial benefits ranging from private events to subsidies for childcare costs, benefits in the employee recommendation program "Share & Refer" or our P7S1 share program "myShares" for employees. In addition, you benefit from numerous discounts with external cooperation partners, but also with our assets (e.g. flaconi or Jochen Schweizer mydays).

Balance family and career: Our company-owned daycare center "Telezwerge" provides a safe place for over 70 children of crèche and kindergarten age and parents also receive a childcare subsidy from P7S1.  Thanks to our partnership with BUK Familienservice, we can support you not only in finding qualified caregivers, but also with selected childcare facilities (including emergency care).

We do not let our employees down even in times of distress. BUK Familienservice provides you with free and comprehensive advice and information on home and elder care and how to cope with difficult situations in life. BUK also helps you with advice on emergency care.
