P7S1 ACADEMY
You are the director:in your professional and personal development. With the ProSiebenSat.1 Academy, we offer a wide range of learning opportunities with classroom training, video training, lectures and events.
In addition to classic soft-skill and tool training, we offer a wide range of topics, e.g. agile working or project management. In addition to first-class external trainers, we also rely on the know-how of internal speakers. In addition to training, there are other measures that are suitable for development. For example, are you an expert in your field and would like to give a training course for your future colleagues? Maybe this is just the right challenge to develop your presentation and communication skills. Or you can participate in a cross-functional project and get to know other perspectives and the P7S1 group even better!
Networking is also very important at P7S1: At regular events, you have the opportunity to exchange ideas on various topics with future colleagues from other areas. We are convinced that new challenges and learning from each other are important aspects of professional and personal development.
Leadership Development
Various measures and offers for leadership development and our leadership mission statement create a uniform understanding of leadership throughout the Group in order to strengthen the performance and development of our leaders.
We offer managers individual measures such as mentoring and coaching as well as participation in management training and regular Leadership Hours for exchange and impulses. In addition, leaders have the opportunity to exchange ideas and share best practices in our Leadership Community.

"P7S1 cares for you" is the company health management at P7S1. With this, we want to fulfil our responsibility as a company and anchor the topics of health & well-being in the structures of our working environments. For us this means
