We recruit employees at all hierarchical levels exclusively on the basis of objective criteria and promote employees solely on the basis of their competencies. Other factors such as origin and culture, age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, disability as well as religion and ideology play no role. The average age of ProSiebenSat.1 employees was 38.4 years as of December31,2023 (previous year: 37.7 years). A balanced ratio of women and men in the Company and in management positions also contributes to diversity. In 2023, 49.9 percent (previous year: 50.1 percent) of the Groups employees were female.
Our female network "F•Empowerment"
Founded on International Womens Day, March 8, 2021, our F•Empowerment network aims to initiate a Group-wide exchange and offer a network where female employees can make valuable contacts and share knowledge and experience. Every female employee who wants to get involved in the topic and become active is welcome.
